Vision TC24 700c Tubular Rim Brake Carbon Fiber Road Bike Wheelset HG w/ Tires. 3/5 : Good used condition - rims have some light scratches and marks, no structural damage or wear. Decals are peeling in a few spots.

Hubs are smooth and both wheels are true. Tires have been lightly ridden and both hold air, should have near full life left in them.
